Volunteer Management for High Schools:

•  Intent – to help in the management of team parent and non-staff volunteers.

•  Functions: – Several levels, from the basic reporting of dialing trees and address lists,
   all the way up to scheduling specific volunteer work assignment start/stop times at
   specific events, with the job assignments based on templates for each team activity.

•  Volunteer qualifications report – to show status of each volunteer re CPR training, TB
    test date, fingerprinted status, background checked and 1st Aid certificate date.

•  Data is retained in Tadds – until you explicity delete it.  (Useful in next-year planning!)

•  Output reports can be directed to printer, fax, Word, Excel, e-mail or web pages.
